The cottage was perfect with everything we needed. The location is private and peaceful & allowed us to have some down time. From booking to departure, everything was awesome. The little welcome gift upon arrival was greatly appreciated. Will definitely be back!

Willow Cottage is a luxury private oasis on Island Pond. Our four season vacation rental has everything you will need to make the most of your stay. Soak in the hot tub under the stars or roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or challenge your friends to a Cornhole game in the summer. The pond is perfect for a variety of activities such as swimming, kayaking, canoeing and even skating in the winter months. Located near the East Coast Trail and whale watching opportunities, there is something for everyone.
ROOMS
Two bedrooms with very comfortable queen beds and quality linens, both rooms have been designed with tranquil décor to help you enjoy a serene and restful night’s sleep after a soak in the hot tub. Each room is also equipped with a folding luggage rack and room darkening shades. A power inflatable queen size bed is available for an extra guest. Cottage comfortably suits 4 guests, additional guest may be accommodated for an extra fee.

2025 RATES
Minimum 2 night bookings on weekends (The majority of guests find that a 1 night stay at Willow Cottage is not enough time 🙂)
HIGH SEASON - May 15 – September 15
Weeknights $269 per night plus HST
Weekends (Friday & Saturday) $289 per night plus HST
Note: minimum 2 night stay during High Season
LOW SEASON – September 16 – May 14
Weeknights $229 per night plus HST
Weekends (Friday and Saturday) are 2 night minimum at $259 per night plus HST
*Christmas & New Years (Dec 23 - Jan 1)
$299 + HST per night
- Guests who have not previously stayed with us will be required to pay a $100 refundable damage deposit
- Payment Method: Electronic Funds Transfer or Credit Card (small processing fee applies for Credit Card payments)
PET POLICY
We are pet friendly to house trained dogs and cats for a fee of $20 (additional cleaning fee). It is a BYOPB (Poop Bags)! That includes cleaning up poop on our property at the vacation rental as well as local nearby hiking trails.
Animals must be kept on a leash to protect them from things like wildlife, chasing squirrels into the great beyond, or being deemed as a threat to a local. Bring along sleeping quarters for your pet (preferred kennel or bed). No fur babies on the furniture. Maximum number of pets allowed: 2
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 2 weeks prior to your stay - full refund
- Between 2 weeks and 1 week prior to stay - 50% refund
- Less than one week prior to your stay - no refund
Optional: Re-bookings available without penalty
